I sent the information she requested on May 11 2026 to apply a college discount for my son, but until today 6/5/2026 no communication or confirmation that she received the info. She didn't call me or contact me at all. I had to called her and txt her to talk about it and she never replied my calls or messages back. No Happy. I decided to find another agent. I don't recommend this office to nobody"
