"Very bad services . Unable to get hold many times that I have to ask Statefarm representatives to get manager on the line. Staff made major mistakes on my multiple policies and the manager. The major problem to me is that the manager, Sehgal got defensive when taking feedback and trying to blame the previous agents, process and customer tactics even grasping what the problems are. I have been Statefarm customers for more than 10 years when Statefarm switched us to this agent it is the night mare for us. Unprofessional, unapologetic and no integrity with big ego and arrogance in doing business and build customer relationship. Why such people can do in customer oriented business? I rarely give review but I am too irritated to not review this office."
